Happy Small Business Saturday!
Especially to all the hardworking small business owners out there. In order to show some extra support, I have decided to compile a list of my favorite small businesses as well as your recommendations. I’ve started my holiday shopping and have been trying to either purchase from smaller businesses or make my own (I will be posting some of the easy homemade gifts I am making in a couple weeks.) If you didn’t get a chance to add your favorite recommendations to the community chat comment below and I will update this post as you add them.

Two recommendations from
SBTRCT Skincare - Plastic free, waterless, vegan skincare company.
Whitfords - A small, independent skincare brand driven by efficacy and sustainability. Manufactured in-house with botanical products that are 100% plastic-free
My own recommendations:
Minthologie - Handmade jewelry available on Etsy. I purchased the set of rings below in silver and gave one to my best friend last Christmas and we wear them all the time. Customer service was top tier.
Rock Doodles - The most adorable, punny calendars. This was also a gift for my best friend last year. They have cards, stickers, and more for purchase.
Lauren Jenny Art - An artist/photographer that sells calendars, stickers, and keychains. Look how adorable this blueberry sticker is 🥺
GwenShopArt - Another jewelry shop on Etsy. I purchased the ring below for my sister and she loved it. She offers so many more designs and they are all equally as cute.
Beauty Fit - An Etsy shop that offers all types of jewelry and these fun film roll keychains. You can choose the photos to add. Such a unique and thoughtful gift. Customer service was also really great!
Hidden Seed - My favorite plant shop when I lived in Tennessee. And now they ship!! Some of my favorite plants were purchased here.
Lyon and Feather - A UK based jewellery company founded in 2013 by fashion stylist Tash. Handmade and can be personalized. Another great customer service experience.
The Local Nomad - A gifting and clothing boutique in Phoenix, Arizona. Shop in-store or online.
The Langley Co - Beautiful, dainty jewelry that is affordable.
Oak Nashville - Vintage shopping both in-person and online. Ships all over the U.S.

Seasonal Living: Fall
As soon as the cool crisp fall air hits, I am ready for everything warm and cozy. Although I am currently writing this in Arizona where it was 100 degrees today so it’s a little difficult to get in the spirit, but I am moving back to the Midwest this week so I’m sure I’ll be ready to start all the fall activities soon.
