Seasonal Living: Fall
Your guide to seasonal living including a meditation, a playlist, a yoga flow, journal prompts and more all revolving around the fall season
As soon as the cool crisp fall air hits, I am ready for everything warm and cozy. Although I am currently writing this in Arizona where it was 100 degrees today so it’s a little difficult to get in the spirit, but I am moving back to the Midwest this week so I’m sure I’ll be ready to start all the fall activities soon.

Over the past year, I have tried to live more in the present and based off the current season, whether it be what I am eating, listening to, doing for exercise, doing with friends and family, or doing for myself and I thought I would share some of the activities and forms of self care I practice during the fall season.
Before you read any further to set the scene we are all going to do number 1 together. Get cozy: go light your favorite fall candle, start the fireplace, make your fall beverage of choice, put on some fuzzy socks or slippers and grab a soft, warm blanket. If you don’t have any of the above, this is your sign to go buy them ;)
