Join me as we tune into our bodies and reconnect to our physical self.

Body scan meditations are a great way to tune into your body and reconnect to your physical self, noticing any sensations and feeling without any judgement.

How to do a body scan meditation:

  • come to a comfortable position and close your eyes

  • focus on your natural breath

  • starting at one end of your body, bring awareness to a specific body part

  • notice any sensations or tension, soften and relax that area of your body

  • continue on with each body part until your entire body is completely relaxed

Body scan meditation benefits:

  • improve self awareness

  • improve focus

  • improve sleep quality

  • decrease stress and anxiety

  • reduce chronic pain

  • help you relax
