So let’s get into it…

Here is the recipe for my go-to fall pumpkin pie smoothie 🤩
Describe your ideal autumn day from the moment you wake up until you go to bed.
List your top 3 priorities for this season.
How can you step outside your comfort zone this season?
How can you show up for yourself this fall?
Write about a place you’ve always wanted to visit during the fall season and why.
Write about a fun fall tradition you have or would like to start.
How can you make this autumn more meaningful and memorable?
What self-care practices can help you stay balanced and healthy during the fall season?
What’s on your fall bucket list? Who would you recruit to tackle this bucket list with?
Describe the sensation of falling from the perspective of a leaf.
“As the leaves fall, I too release what no longer serves me.”
“I embrace the cozy comforts of fall and nurture my inner self.”
“I embrace the beauty and change that fall brings into my life.”
“I am open to new beginnings and opportunities this season.”
“I am energized and motivated to achieve my goals this season.”
“I find joy in the simple pleasures of autumn.”
“I am grateful for the abundance of blessings in my life.”
“Slowing down is essential for my wellbeing and growth.”
“I celebrate the changes in me just as I celebrate the changing seasons.”
The changing colors and cooling temperatures give me a new perspective.
All the books on my fall TBR list from the library. While I do love reading physical books, I have been requesting most of my books to read on Libby. Although some of the wait times on a lot of the more popular books can be pretty insane…
My FALL TBR list:
The Pumpkin Spice Cafe by Laurie Gilmore (reading now)
The Cinnamon Bun Bookstore by Laurie Gilmore
A Love Letter to Whiskey by Kandi Steiner (seasonal book club book)
In the Company Witches by Auralee Wallace
The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches by Sanguine Mandanna
Sinfully Delicious by Amanda M. Lee
Deadly Occupants by Mags Rafferty
Magic Hour by Kristin Hannah (seasonal book club pick)
Razor blade Tears by S.A. Cosby
The God of the Woods by Liz Moore
The September House by Carissa Orlando
Murder in the Family by Cara Hunter (seasonal book club pick)
The Only One Left by Riley Sager
The Reformatory by Tananarive Due
Local Woman Missing by Mary Kubica
There’s more on the list, but I didn’t want to get too carried away so I capped it at 15. I am very much a mood reader so we’ll see how many I actually get around to reading.
Relax and put on your favorite movies and/or comfort shows.
I’m in need of your recommendations…let me know your go-to fall movie and tv shows in the comments.
I will be for sure watching Coco because I love that movie and I will watch Criminal Minds any time of the year, but especially in the fall. I watched the first episode of Gilmore Girls and I wasn’t really into it. Please let me know if I should give it another shot and keep watching??
All the FALLesque podcasts. When it comes to listening to something, I usually prefer podcasts or audiobooks over music, but that doesn’t mean I don’t love a good playlist.
However, today I am sharing the podcasts I think you should listen to this fall.
I’ve recommended this one before, but if you didn’t take my suggestion the other 5 times, I encourage you to do so now :) The usually do share extra special spooky season ones during October 🎃
Pretty self explanatory.
In case you are looking for cozy instead of spooky 🤎
I’ve shared this every season because it’s ALWAYS relevant. Here are some (not all) of the current seasonal fruits & vegetables 🍎🥦🥔🍐
My first freelance contributing writer article was published this week and I’m still pinching myself. I shared the mini fall reset I did on the first day of fall, but if you are interested in a more in depth seasonal reset, click here!!!

Wow! That recipe looks delicious. I love the idea of sparkles… focusing on the good is so important.
I would say that my go to TV series or movies for Autumn/Fall would be Anne with an E and the Anne of Green Gables movies... I just love them and they always give off cosy, Autumn vibes. 😊 Do you have any recommendations for Autumn tv shows and movies? So enjoyed the poll too, have a nice week and happy reading! ♡
