Earth Day isn’t a one-and-done celebration—it’s a reminder to carry that awareness with us every day. While connecting with nature isn’t the only way to honor the Earth, it’s a powerful place to start. The more time you spend in nature, the more you begin to admire and appreciate it and that appreciation naturally leads to more mindful choices and sustainable habits.
And I’m not a doctor, but I have a feeling that spending time in nature might be one of the most healing, nourishing things you can do for yourself—and there are so many simple ways to make it part of your everyday life.
